Soya Drink (Milk) Powder Healthy Soya Powder Chocolate Burfi Recipe by Chef Sonali Mishra
1) Add 8 TBSP Soya Powder By Eat soya
2) Keep it a side
3) 1 TBSP Clarified Butter/ Ghee
4) Add Soya Powder Chocolate by Eat Soya
5) Roast it on Low Flame for 5 Min
6) Add Some more Ghee if needed
7) Add 1/4 th Cup Desiccated Coconut
8) Mix and again Roast it in Low flame
9) Add 1/2 cup milk in batched
10) mix and make a dough like consistency
11) you can add extra sugar also as per your test
12) soya chocolate Burfi Mixture is ready
13) Transfer it in a tray lined with butter pepper
14) Spared it evenly
15) Garnish with some chopped nuts
16) Gently press it
17) set at Room Temperature for 4-5 hours
18) Soya chocolate Burfi is perfectly set
19) cut them in desired pieces
20) Soya Chocolate Burfi Ready to Serve..
